Here are some simple rules that you need to read before you go on and start thinking up a character.

1. respect other players. they may have different views, but that's no reason to trash at them. this also means no flame wars. on that note, listen to admins and mods. if you have a problem with them, tell me.
2. keep your colorful language to a minimum. younger people could be viewing this site.
3. no sexuality. kissing is ok. groping is not ok. keep it PG-ish. this also means no sexual images, references to sex, etc.
4. this is a realistic RPG, so yeah... make it realistic, seriously I don't want you dodging every attack and being able to still attack after being (obviously) beaten and keep your character in one thread at a time, we don't need seventy diferent copies of one character running all over the place.
5. suggestions and comments are always welcome, but please be polite.
6. if you're gonna use something copyrighted, please include a disclaimer.
7. no killing off other people's characters. that's what the pound is for if they really don't want their character. you may kill another person's character if the character is original (not from the show) and if the person says it's ok. you may kill your own characters, but only if they're original once again.
8. you can have a maximum of 4 characters. if you have more than 500 posts, i may let you have a 5th character, but you need to PM me and ask
9. We will allow some gore but not too much, meaning you can loose a hand but not have a character gut another character and hope he/she survives.
10. no super-strong characters (aka God-like characters)
11. no spamming. a teensy tiny bit is ok, but don't let it get out of hand.
12. no character control. at all. if you throw someone at a wall, let them decide whether they ever hit it or not.
13. before you can RP with your character, their bio must be accepted by one of the staff members
14. no "ruining the moment" for couples. that mean no interrupting on purpose whenever a couple gets close to each other.
15. Sence not many paople know about WOG3 you can bring in a character from another juanra but only the following: Teen Titans, JLU, the batman, Inuyasha, ruroni Kenshin, or Brave Fencer Musashi.
16. no posting illegal links and/or links to sites from from which you can download episodes. this also means no links to pornography.
17. if you're gonna message me and say "IMPORTANT!!!" or "URGENT!!!" it better be. same goes for threads.
18. all federal laws, etc apply here. so no racism, threats, etc. proboards TOS apply too (naturally)
19. Do not be rude or demanding. if you want someone to answer a post, draw a picture for you, or something like that please ask nicely. understand that they too have things that they have to do before they can get to you.
20. for goodness sakes at least TRY to spell! there's a spelling checker at the bottom of each page.
21. be polite with me and the bio mods when we check the bios. we take time from our own day to do this for you, and if you start being rude, your bio will not be accepted.
22. Character biographies must be submitted in Bio Format
23. All characters that have been left in the Character pound must be re-accepted unless they have been there for less than 1 week.
24. No chain letters. Come on, children, really. >_>
25. All characters that exist on another site can be brought in if they follow the rules and guide lines. All imported character should be placed in the imported character board and should have link to the site that they are from above the bio.
26.All spellcasting characters must have a power limit that is consistant to the characters owner's karma. small spells KP 1, middle spells KP 2, and large spells KP 4....(KP= Karma Point)
27. All characters that have any supernatural powers must follow the power character located on this site.
28. All inactive characters profiles will be deleted if the profile's owner doesn't long on in three months

the following powers will NOT be allowed for characters:
1. copying any appearance/ voice/ whatever from another character (like mystique)
2. copying powers (like rogue)
3. copying thoughts/ habits/ knowledge/ memories. this is in a way like character control, and only the person whose character it is could do it right
4. superspeed. above-average speed is okay.
5. immortality
6. completely invisibility/ intangibility. your character should have a way to be spotted. Intangibility must be limited.
7. wishes. genie power. no.
8. paralysis/ control over another character's body or thoughts

before RPing, you must read these rules. if you do not, then it will be assumed that you just aren't following them. this will result in negative consequences for you.
if you disagree with a rule and can present a valid argument, you're welcome to talk to me about it and i may amend these. please check them every now and then. not knowing a rule is not an excuse for breaking it.

To let us know that you've read and agree to these rules, you are required to put the word "Heistings" at the end of your character's bio or else it will not be accepted.
